NRE 03 What just happened?

A battel between Cole's golduck Duke, and Skyler's dragonite Bastion, this page starts in the middle of the battle, where both sides have taken a number of hits; Duke's right arm frozen from an ice punch, Bastion weakened from a soak and hidden power combo. 

I didn't technically use any dialogue, but all the stage directions are from the second excerpt, Mass Effect Ascension - Drew Karpyshyn, Ch. 9, p102-103, /o/ \o\ it translated to this pokemon battle really well.
